  • Q. What are the different modes of payment available?
  • A. We offer the following modes of payment :

           1)      Credit Card

           2)      Debit Card

           3)      Net Banking 

  • Q. How safe is it to shop online with a credit card? 
  • A. It is safe to use your credit card to make payment for your order. All your personal information like user name, passwords, credit card number, transaction history are encrypted so that they cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. 

 

  • Q. How to purchase a Online Test /Book/CD/ Downloadable product?
  • A. To buy any product online from shop.jagranjosh.com , you need to follow below mentioned steps:

          1)      Select the product what you want to buy.

          2)      Click on “shop now”.

          3)      Click on “Place your order”

          4)      If you are already registered on this site, in that case click on “Place order now”

                  Otherwise fill the form to get registered.

         5)      Select a payment mode, click on “Pay now”

         6)      Mention your shipping address.

         7)      Order confirmation will be emailed at your registered id. 


  • Q. How would I receive my purchased Book or CD?
  • A. It will be dispatched from our end at your mentioned shipping address. 

 

  • Q. How would I take Online Test?
  • A. Once you have purchased the test, you will get an email with link to the test along with an Access Code/Unique Code. You have to enter the Access Code/Unique Code before the start of the test, only then you will be able to take the test. 

 

  • Q. How would I receive my Downloadable file?
  • A. Follow these steps :

          1)      Click on LOG IN on the top right hand corner of the site. 

          2)      Enter your registered email address and password (The information, you used while purchasing the product or while registering). Click on LOG IN. 

          3)      Once you are logged in, you will see "My Account" section on the left hand side of the page. 

          4)      Under the "My Account" section, click on "My Downloadable Products". 

          5)      You will see the Orders you placed for Downloadable Product under the "My Downloadable Products" section on the right hand side then Click on the                    Hyperlinked Product "Title" and your product will be downloaded.

 

  • Q. Is COD option available?
  • A. Currently, option of COD based transactions is not available. 

 

  • Q. Does JoshShop have EMI Scheme? 
  • A. No, at present we don’t have any EMI scheme.

 

  • Q. What are your shipping charges?
  • A. Shipping charges are mentioned at the detail of product, which is applied on selective basis.

 

  • Q. What should I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Josh Shop?
  • A. Please don't accept the order parcel, in case the packet is tampered or the box is broken. We advise you to return the parcel back to the delivery boy.  We will resend you the product, once we get all relevant information about the damage/broken seal.

 

  • Q. How much time will be consumed in product shipment and delivery at my shipping address?
  • A. Product will be shipped according to the availability and it will be delivered at your address in 4-5 working days.

 

  • Q. How can I track my order after the product is shipped?
  • A. Soon after the product is shipped, it will be assigned a number which is known as the tracking number. Every customer will receive a mail informing them of their product shipment along with the Order ID and tracking number. This tracking number can be used by you to track your product. Alternatively, you can also call our customer service at 011-30651150, who will be able to help you further.

 

  • Q. What is a coupon?
  • A. We introduce various promotions from time to time. To enable you to take benefit of these promotions, you are provided with relevant promotion coupon codes. 

 

  • Q. How do I use a Coupon Code?
  • A. To avail the benefit of the discount/promotion, you will need to enter the promotion coupon code in the space provided for it, in your billing page and click “Apply” button next to it.

 

  • Q. Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?  
  • A. Yes, if we get information from you to cancel your order before the processing & dispatching of product we can accept cancellation. However, if we have processed your order and dispatched your ordered products we cannot accept cancellation of your order. Usually, products are dispatched within two days of receiving the order and processed immediately.
